The Quail Landing office will be closed and NO TRASH SERVICE on Monday, July 5, 2010. Please do not leave trash laying out on the property. Residents will need to use the trash compactor located on the north side of Building 26 for immediate trash service that day.
Quail Landing Office hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
Free Oklahoma City Redhawks Tickets available for residents at the Quail Landing office (Up to 6 per resident).
Refer a resident and get $100 off your rent when they move in.

Trash pick-up is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning before 9:00 a.m.
All Trash should be in securely tied trash bag
Any boxes too big for trash bags should be broken down
The trash compactor is located on the north side of building 26 (Northeast corner of property)
Do NOT put out your old furniture, such as couches, recliners and table sets
Do NOT put your trash out the night before a trash pick-up day

The swimming pool/hot tub area is open Tuesday thru Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The swimming pool/hot tub area is CLOSED on Monday’s for routine maintenance (Except special occasions)
